Responsible for carrying out feasibility study on projects, obtaining quotation, design work and funding approval.

Provide advice on technical matters for the client's premises, in relation to relevant authorities' requirements and recognized standards.

Provide advice on the project matters and supervise during the construction stage and inspect premises after completion of construction.

Prepare reports on the completion works.

Any other duties are assigned.

Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/Civil/Project Management or its equivalent.

At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in fit-out, civil & structural, A&A project management works with design experiences

Must be familiar with submission process of building plans for local authorities' approval.

Proficiency in MS Office suite, AutoCAD and SketchUp
-
Good interpersonal and leadership qualities.

Good report writing skills.

Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
-
Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision.

A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
-
Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
