- Conduct hands-on training sessions on facial, body slimming and other beauty treatments.
- Develop and update training materials to ensure alignment with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Evaluate the performance of therapists and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide on-the-job support and mentorship to beautician & therapists.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and recommend improvement plans.
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Trainer, ideally in Beauty Salon for face and body treatments
- Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ or any other relevant qualifications in beauty
- Strong knowledge of facial, body slimming and beauty treatment techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting and influencing
- Passion for the beauty industry and dedication to skill development
- Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
