- Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target
- To manage existing customer base and develop new customers
- Able to present and introduce product/ services with in-depth knowledge
- Liaise and meet up with customers to grow new sales and provide technical support, as and whenrequired
- Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of contractors/consultants/developers topromote sales
- Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings,completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers
- Collection and follow up of payment
- Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered onschedule, as and when required
- Attend site meetings, customer complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up withinternal departments to resolve issues
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Sales background with knowledge in air-conditioning industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants with own car will be considered with priority
