Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning of Plumbing, Sanitary, and Gas systems.
- Assist in design development and engineering calculations for project compliance.
- Ensure all design, installation, and commissioning work comply with BCA Codes of Practice (e.g., CP-16), Singapore Standards (SS 638), and relevant safety regulations.
- Prepare construction drawings and documentation under guidance.
- Support scheduling and monitoring of work programs to ensure on-time handover.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to track materials delivery and progress.
- Participate in work assessments and progress claims for subcontractors.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule targets.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 3-5 years working experiences in similar capacity with design and installation knowledge of Plumbing, Sanitary and Gas System.
- Familiarity with BCA’s Code of Practice and compliance requirements for plumbing, sanitary, and gas systems is preferred.
- Effective communication and negotiation skill with knowledge of the cost and pricing technique
- Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment
