Job Description
- Greet and welcome customers, assist with styling and product recommendations, and process accurate sales transactions and after-sales services like returns and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and process online order collections. Encourage customer loyalty through outstanding service and relationship building.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store employees, provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations, and manage team schedules to ensure adequate staffing.
- Resolve customer complaints, monitor sales performance and KPIs, assist in implementing sales strategies, and support additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management or a relevant field; preferred 1 year of retail experience, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, excellent communication skills for building relationships and collaborating across departments, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop performance strategies.
- Flexibility and Multitasking: Ability to travel between store locations, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and handle tasks with attention to detail and resourcefulness.
- Attitude and Passion: Demonstrates a can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for fashion and jewelry.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
