Job purpose
- Provide basic nursing care, client education in collaboration with a Healthcare team, under the supervisor of a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Assist RN maintain accurate documentation, assessment and care plan
Requirement
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- At least 2 years working experience as Enrolled Nurse
- Has basic computer skills
- Has experience working in Day Care Centre for the elderly, meticulous responsible and a team player
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Nitec in Nursing
- Registered with SNB
- Experience working in an elderly setting is an advantage
- Compassion, critical thinking, and organizational skills
