- Take charge of all jobs advertisement posting
- Preparation of Letter of Appointment (LOA)
- Arrangement and briefing of LOA to new joiners
- Creation and Maintaining of Employees’ P files
- Update recruitment status and related reports regularly
- Involve in Recruitment Fair from time to time
- And other task assigned
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Min 1 year experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
