Manages all reservations across channels (OTA, direct, corporate, walk-in inquiries). Ensures accurate room availability and rate setup in the PMS. Handles group/corporate bookings, allotments, and rate negotiation. Monitors occupancy trends and communicates forecasts to Front Office. Work closely with OTA platforms. (Trip.com, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Traveloka, etc...)-ensures VCC payments are captured and reconciled and CC preauthorization checks. Coordinates with housekeeping for room blocking (e.g. out-of-order or late check-out) Generates reports on booking patterns, cancellations, no-shows.
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent.
Good business acumen, critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills.
Strong human relations and influencing skills.
Minimum 3 years of reservations experience in a managerial appointment
