- Location: 19 Yong Siak St, Singapore 168650
- 44 hours 5 day work week
- Required to work on weekend and public holidays
- Split Shift per work day ( 10am - 3pm, 6pm - 10pm)
Key Job Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage opening and closing processes, including cash handling
Team Supervision
- Train, mentor, and schedule staff for smooth service.
- Address employee performance and resolve team issue
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Monitor dining areas to maintain service quality.
Inventory and Financials
- Manage inventory, control costs, and track sales.
- Prepare reports and assist with budget management.
Job requirements
- Proven experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with inventory and financial management.
