Your Responsibilities

Supervise and lead site-based security teams and operations

Monitor and control access at checkpoints and static posts
-
Conduct regular patrols and operate surveillance systems (CCTV)
-
Handle security incidents, alarms, and breaches professionally
-
Operate security screening devices (X-ray, metal/explosive detectors)

Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
-
Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure SOP compliance
-
Issue and verify visitor, contractor, and staff passes
Requirements
-
Valid PLRD Senior Security Officer (SSO) Licence
-
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in security

Strong leadership and team coordination skills
-
Physically fit for 12-hour shifts and patrolling
-
Comfortable with day/night rotation shifts
-
Calm, reliable, and professional in emergency scenarios

Good communication and interpersonal skills
