- Handle e-commerce enquiries, feedback via phonecall, email, social media and walk-in.
- Track and update e-commerce order.
- Process refund and filing of e-commerce order.
- Assist in fulfillment of Click and Collect duty at counter.
- Process orders including printing of packing list.
- Assist in e-commerce inventory management, which includes archiving of merchandise, replenishing of stocks, stocks assortment
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure stock availability.
- Submission of monthly reports such as Fulfillment Report, Refund Report and Productivity Report.
- Any other duties which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least a GCE 'O' Level certificate.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
