Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking dishes during service
- Follow recipes and plating guides to maintain quality and consistency
- Set up and clean down kitchen stations before and after service
- Assist with basic butchery, seafood prep, and sauce work as required
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards
- Support the chefs in daily kitchen operations, including prep and stock rotation
Requirements:
- No experience are welcome!
- Eagerness to learn—training will be provided
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
