Job Description
  • Prepare and serve quality food products by following strictly the preparations
  • Cooking and presentation recipes and specifications
  • Control cost by minimising spoilages, wastage and portion control
  • Ensure workplace safety and hygiene
  • Upkeep working condition of kitchen equipment e.g. refrigerators, utensils, ovens
  • Ensures the completion of the market list in accordance with its quality and quantity standards.
  • Inspects all perishable food items received for quality.
  • Establishes and maintains effective employee relations and working relationships.
  • Works with the Sous Chef in determining the minimum and maximum food par stocks.
Job Requirements
  • 1 - 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Good understanding of Western Cuisine.
