About this Role:

• Perform administrative work (office based)
• Liaise with external vendors for relevant partnership or account opening and etc.
• Ensure that admin duties are completed according to the project timeline
• Preparing of quotations, billing and documentation when required
• Filing and ensure proper documentation of all paperwork
• Handling and managing of office supplies
• Handling and managing of uniform, name tag for outlet staff
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the General Manager or HR Manager


• No prior experience needed, however clerical experience is a bonus
• Minimum Diploma, proficient in English and Chinese
• Meticulous and organized in your work
• Responsible and have a eye for detail, able to complete projects within deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
