About this Role:

• Conduct daily checklist
• Take order, clearing and table setting
• Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction
• Attend to customer complaints (if any)
• Handle cashiering duties
• Assist in bi-monthly stock take
• Assist to upsell promotions and membership
• Constantly motivate & cultivate a team spirit in the restaurant
• Guide and train new/existing Service Crew
• Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
• Deputise in the absence of the Managers
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
• Strong public relations skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• A strong leader & team player
• Demonstrate commercial capability to deliver profit, control costs and build customer loyalty
• Exceptional communication skills and the leadership capability to create a winning team
