Job Description

  • Assist in all the daily administrative work include duly issue of invoices, quotation, collection of payment, official receipt, commission vouchers, filling,etc.
  • Assist in preparation of payment/petty cash vouchers and claims and reimbursements
  • Assist in preparing and generating monthly financial statements and supporting documents
  • Assist in preparing quarterly GST report
  • Follow-up on overdue accounts
  • Assist in preparation of quotations, and project related matters
  • Assist colleagues when necessarily
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks Pro preferred)
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Reliable, neat and organized, fast learner
  • Accuracy is essential with good attention to detail
  • Focused
