Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Analyze user requirements, determine potential problem area and propose solution to enhance existing Accounting and inventory solutions
- Preparation of technical specifications; including flowchart for programming team
- Design, develop, test scenarios and test case and deploy application
- Provide technical support to end-users, including conducting application training to users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, connectivity, user access and component configuration problems
- Responsible for creation of all system documentations, prepare back-up procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Information Technology or equivalent
- Min 2 yrs experience on implementation, training & technical support of accounting or inventory software
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
- Motivated in problem solving
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Must be able to converse in English
