Job Description

  • Prepare quotation, sales order processing, delivery order and invoicing
  • Liaise with supplier on quotation and delivery
  • Assist the sales & workshop team in their daily work
  • Hotel & travel arrangement
  • Administrative work such as answering phone call, attending to visitors, courier service, purchasing office supplies, sorting and posting of letters, pass/course application etc..
  • Renew Maintenance Contract
  • Develop and maintain documents for ISO
  • Provide support in planning and organising activities and event
  • Any other Ad Hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Mature, proactive, take initiative and well organized
  • Systematic and able to work under pressure
  • Meticulous and able to follow through tasks promptly
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in MS office applications is a must
