Job Description
- Assist the Cook in the preparation of beverages, desserts and meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting and chopping of fruits, vegetables, seafood, poultry and meat.
- Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand.
- Wash and appropriately store all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
- Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen area.
- Assist in grocery replenishment.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience.
- Good personal and work hygiene.
- Knowledge of simple cooking but we are willing to train the right person.

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
is desirable but not essential. - Possess a pleasant personality and the ability to work as a team.
Additional Information:
- 6 days work week
- Working Hours : 7.30am - 4.30pm (full-time); 7.30am - 12.30pm (part-time)
