Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to site operation and office, including responding and preparing the necessary paper work to relevant internal and external parties.
  • Maintain proper filing of all correspondences, records and documents relating to the project.
  • Manage project-related administrative paperwork, documentation and coordinate resources and materials for timely project work execution.
  • Maintain and monitor all project schedules and expenditures.
  • Coordinate and communicate all project matters between site and office.
  • Ensure site and office equipment are in working condition at all time.
  • Schedule appointments and take minutes during meetings.
  • Ad-hoc matters as assigned, which is necessary for the smooth execution of the project.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience as a coordinator in construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential work with tact and discretion.
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work under pressure.
