Job Description
- Provide administrative support to site operation and office, including responding and preparing the necessary paper work to relevant internal and external parties.
- Maintain proper filing of all correspondences, records and documents relating to the project.
- Manage project-related administrative paperwork, documentation and coordinate resources and materials for timely project work execution.
- Maintain and monitor all project schedules and expenditures.
- Coordinate and communicate all project matters between site and office.
- Ensure site and office equipment are in working condition at all time.
- Schedule appointments and take minutes during meetings.
- Ad-hoc matters as assigned, which is necessary for the smooth execution of the project.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related experience as a coordinator in construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential work with tact and discretion.
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work under pressure.
