Job description

  • Assist the Head Chef, Jr Sous Chef and the rest of the kitchen team with daily kitchen operations, food preparation, cooking and all kitchen activities.
  • Ensure that health and safety standards with all food, beverage and equipment are upheld in the kitchen.
  • Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
  • Clean up during and at the end of a shift
  • Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by FFT’s requirements.
  • Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Head Chef, Jr Sous Chef and the Company Directors.




Job Requirements

• Flexible and adaptable, Able to work effectively in a team environment. Willing to constantly learn new things and to develop yourself.

• Experience in preparing and cooking western cuisine is preferred

~ Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
~ Maintain food and beverage production environment.
~ Maintain safe and secure working environment.
~ Receive and store food products.
~ Work in a diverse service environment.

• Able to work a 6-day, 44-hour work week.
