To provide a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guests, in line with the Association’s vision and values on customer satisfaction.
To undertake Front of House duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience.
To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints / issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.
To know categories, position, capacity and furnishing of every room in the premises.
To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and billing processes.
To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and switchboard.
To administer all routes of Reservation to ensure that room bookings are made and recorded accurately.
To furnish information on hotel facilities, places of interest, transport services etc.
To handle all incoming and outgoing mails, faxes and messages for the guests.
To answer all incoming calls within 3 rings.
To assist in keeping the Reception Counter area clean and tidy at all times.
To be alert and report unusual occurrence to Supervisor on duty.
To undertake all training as required (First Aid, Health & Safety, Customer Service).
Minimum Secondary / Good in Mathematics
Speak and understand English.
Friendly and with good interpersonal skills.
Able to perform 2 rotating shift work.
Neat and presentable.
Courteous, good humoured.
Enjoy meeting people and has a friendly personality.
