Job description

Experience:

  • Preferably 3 years and above of experience in renovation works and building maintenance.

Responsibilities: 

  • Report to Head of Operations.
  • Abe to produce detailed planning of renovation and coordinate projects efficiently. 
  • Liaise with external contractors on facilities/building related matters.   
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and record meeting minutes.
  • Work independently and meet project deadline

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  • NITEC in Engineering/Facility/Estate Management or equivalent.   

Timing:  Flexible work hours
