Job description

Experience: 

  • Preferably 3 years of experience in handling student/parents support services. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Report to Academic Director
  • Deliver an exemplary level of customer service level.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently. 
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with parents/students and school hostel matters.  
  • Experience in organizing students outdoor activities

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualification or equivalent.
  • Required to stay in school hostel.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy skills.
  • Work both independently and as a team.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have work experience in school environment.

Timing:  8:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
