Job Description

• To perform the franchise administrative duties for franchise management team
• To assist with the direction and oversight of Franchise General Manager in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding service to existing and potential Franchisees
• To source for potential Franchisees
• Responsible for managing calendars; meetings and event arrangements
• Arranging for travels and preparing trip reports
• To collect and analyze financial data from the franchise outlets and provide feedback to both the Franchisee and the Head Office
• Participate in recruitment process for new Franchisee
• Facilitate communication between the Franchisees and Franchisor

Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma holders with minimum 3 year franchising experience
• Well experienced in the franchising & hospitality field
• Strong computer and Internet research skills
• Flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills and project coordination experience
• Able to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients / vendors and franchisees
• Able to manage sensitivity to confidential matters
• Pleasant personality and bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the associates/clients
