Job Description


• Develop and oversee marketing plans for all brands.
• Ensure principal/supplier & Management approval of these plans.
• Achieve brand sales, margin and distribution targets.
• Maintain excellent and regular communication with brand principals & suppliers.
• Brand development projects pertaining to advertising, promotions, creative projects and event management.
• Evaluate and Analyse promotional activities & develop recommendations for improvements in subsequent promotions.
• Closely monitor competitors and trade activities.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationship with key trade customers.
• Work closely with Sales Team for promotions plans.
• Work closely with logistics on the inventory forecast, ordering and stock holdings.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience in FMCG industry with Diploma in Business Management or Marketing.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with excellent influencing and networking ability.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different profiles of people.
• Project management experience and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Highly independent person who is meticulous and driven to perform.
• Good initiative skills.
