Job description

• Generate invoices/ delivery orders.
• Attend to high volume of customer enquiry/ feedback and taking of sales order. 
• Coordinate and work closely with Sales team/ product team and logistics.
• Handle general administration duties.

 
 
 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary qualification.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess a positive attitude.
• A team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).
• Meticulous and ability to prioritize given tasks.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
