Job description

  • Accountable for full spectrum of supply chain management
  • Improve supply chain process constantly and provide solutions to ensure efficiency of supply chain management and meet customers’ satisfaction.
  • Integrate work process to standardize the overall supply chain management
  • Run and manage day to day operations in an effective and efficient manner
  • Analyse inventory status and operation performance to meet the business requirements
  • Ensure the workplace safety of the warehouse
  • Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects
  • Liaise with various governing authorities, agencies and contractors.
  • Upgrade the skillset of existing workforce to meet with new operation protocols

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree holder in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Management position
  • Sound understanding of retail/ FMCG supply chain
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks
  • Proven people management skills and able to lead a team in fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Strong knowledge in SAP system
  • Team player
