Accountable for full spectrum of supply chain management
Improve supply chain process constantly and provide solutions to ensure efficiency of supply chain management and meet customers’ satisfaction.
Integrate work process to standardize the overall supply chain management
Run and manage day to day operations in an effective and efficient manner
Analyse inventory status and operation performance to meet the business requirements
Ensure the workplace safety of the warehouse
Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects
Liaise with various governing authorities, agencies and contractors.
Upgrade the skillset of existing workforce to meet with new operation protocols
Diploma or degree holder in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Management position
Sound understanding of retail/ FMCG supply chain
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks
Proven people management skills and able to lead a team in fast paced environment
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Experience in Project Management
Strong knowledge in SAP system
