Job Description

  • Answering phone calls and handle incoming faxes 
  • Monitor the inventory of all office supplies and services for in-house consumption
  • Establish and maintain a detailed tracking and filing system of all documents
  • Raise POs and follow-up with Suppliers
  • Matching of POs, Dos and Tax Invoices
  • Prepare payment vouchers for suppliers
  • Update sales quotations, project costings and do up monthly reports on Project collections and invoices summary
  • Monitor on project payment & retention
  • Prepare foreign workers monthly payroll
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to all HQ and Operation Staffs
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned

Job Requirements

  • Proven admin working experience preferred but not essential 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Words etc)
  • Good working attitude, hardworking, responsible and team-player
  • Able to start immediate
  • Working Location is at Sunview Road (Pioneer)
