Job Responsibilities: •Coordinate all technical queries with related parties – engineering team, client, vendor etc. •Be updated and familiar with project specification requirement and ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API standard for mechanical equipment. •Manage vendor documents for all the mechanical equipment (Example: Centrifugal pumps, Jet A1 micro-filter, static mixer, MLA, gantry crane, hot oil heater system, etc.) •Coordinate with engineering team to review all document submitted by vendors. •Monitor the engineering document submission status. •Ensure that all the technical reviews by engineering team comply with project requirements. •Monitor and ensure all the vendor equipment delivery are on time, including checks on inspection status and requirement. •Lead start-up system of the mechanical equipment, pre-commissioning and commission work. •Prepare tender submission of mechanical equipment, cost estimation, and project change request. •Ensure that all works carried out comply with project requirement.
Job Requirement: •Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering •Minimum 3 years working experience in project management team •Familiar with ASME, ASTM, ANSI, API standard for mechanical equipment •Good understanding of P&ID, mechanical data sheet, GA drawings, and technical bid evaluation (TBE)
