Provide full spectrum of administrative support (Admin / Finance / HR) for day-to-day operations to ensure that the needs are met efficiently, reliably and economically.
Liaise with operational managers to ensure that office administration policies and programmes are appropriate for business needs.
Plan, prioritize and manage maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to business activities and optimize company’s resources effectively.
Prepare the minutes of the regular internal project team meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in related positions.
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Highly organized and able to multi-task.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
