Job Description
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support (Admin / Finance / HR) for day-to-day operations to ensure that the needs are met efficiently, reliably and economically.
  • Liaise with operational managers to ensure that office administration policies and programmes are appropriate for business needs.
  • Plan, prioritize and manage maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to business activities and optimize company’s resources effectively.
  • Prepare the minutes of the regular internal project team meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in related positions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
