Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house
  • Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints
  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
  • Cost control
  • Successfully promote and publicize the brand
  • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
  • Shift and staff planning, manage labour cost and ensure optimal productivity
  • Service quality control, periodically perform staff appraisals
  • Monitor and implement guidelines and procedures for service and bar

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Proficient in English and excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • Minimum Cambridge “O” levels
