Job Description


  • Booking of space with Airline Carrier
  • Preparation of Master & Scanning of House airway bill
  • Permit Declaration for Import & Export
  • Data Entry & Documentation
  • Coordinating all communication and documentation with overseas offices/agents
  • Processing of trans-shipments for airfreight
  • Daily Inventory Check
  • Preparing KPI reports & monitoring Clearance performance of Customs team
  • Coordinates recovery actions with Origin/ Destination/ Airlines/ Terminal when shipment exception occurs ie. Shortlanding, Offload
  • Lead process improvement projects to improve the Customs team’s processes
  • Performing any other duties assigned as and when required

Job Requirements


  • Certified Declarants
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Freight Forwarder/Courier Service
  • Knowledge of Tradenet System to declare various type of permits
  • Demonstrated leadership & team-building skills at previous postings
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in all levels of the organization
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Analytical and attention to details
  • Articulate; good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • Team player
  • Results oriented; resourceful and possess drive to accomplish goal
  • Candidate with Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
  • Willing to work shift work:
  • Weekday

    • 1st shift  – 10 -8pm
    • 2nd shift – 11-9 pm
    • 3rd Shift–  11-11pm++


    • 10-2 pm
    • 12-7++pm

    Sunday Duty (once or twice a month)

    • 2pm – 8/9pm 


    • Rotational
