Job Description

The Conference Service Executive is responsible for handling of events and customer service, bookings of all types of catering business from various sources of leads and administration for the team. The incumbent is the point of contact for all center users, coordinating events of all types from start to finish while keeping the customers and operation in mind by maximizing space.    

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder with 1 year working experience in an upscale property
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, organised and have good business acumen. 
  • Able to work under pressure.  
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office including words, excel, power point
