Job description

  • To answer and key in the service calls and purchase orders into system
  • To check purchase requisition, order parts & issue Purchase Order
  • To sort out and match purchase order with Job Report and Purchases invoices
  • To record and issue of parts of the store and store records
  • To liaise with Service Department on service complaints and update Customer on repair/servicing progress
  • To liaise with suppliers on purchases and maintain records on warranty claims from suppliers
  • To monitor suppliers from overseas purchases incoming and outgoing including back orders
  • To do schedule for servicing, keep record of mechanic daily Job routine and prepare servicing reports
  • To arrange transport for equipment delivery and collection

Job Requirements

  • GCE 'O' Level or Diploma with 2 to 3 years working knowledge in Equipment industry preferred
  • Able to work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision and meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior
