Job description

  • Partner and engage with stakeholders to identify current and future learning needs that drive organisation growth in an ever-changing environment
  • Project manage the design and development of learning plans and programmes
  • Proactively market and promote talent management initiatives / programmes
  • Design, deliver and evaluate in-house programs and workshops
  • Analyse, manage, coordinate and execute learning plans and programmes
  • Ensure all plans and programmes support compliance and statutory licensing and competency requirements
  • Regular monitoring and effective reporting on training spend
 

Job Requirements

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any discipline with preferably at least 3 years of functional experience
  • Preferably with an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) Certification or proven experience in facilitating adult learning programs
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and evaluating training programs
  • Experience administering an online learning management system
  • Highly effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
