Job description

  • Responsible for handling telephone enquiries, accepting reservations and subsequent input in the computer system.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of the town and events/happenings within the city at all times, and to ensure enquiries are met with concise and accurate information.
  • To provide concise and accurate information concerning range of services and facilities provided by the hotel to guests and visitors.
  • To ensure all information relating to reservation is keyed correctly into the system. 
  • To attend to all guests' queries and requests in a helpful and professional manner.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in hospitality industry or travel industry will be an added advantage.
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a fast paced environment.
