Job Description

  • Assist customers with accident reporting
  • Assist customers with motor insurance claims and advise customers on claim type and claim procedures
  • Liaise with insurance companies on motor insurance claims
  • Monitor claim and repair status, provide customer with timely updates
  • Schedule appointments for surveying of cars and car collection
  • Maintain good rapport with authorised insurance companies 

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proactive and independent with positive attitude
  • Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Clear and effective in verbal and written communication
  • Preferably bilingual as need to liaise with chinese client
