Job description

  • Processing of payments received from customers
  • Handling end-user calls and enquiries
  • Conduct telephone survey with customers
  • Data entry into Customer Relations Management (CRM) system
  • Stock check and maintenance of spare parts
  • General admin duties, e.g. prepare trip expenses claims, overtimes etc.

Job Requirements

  • GCE 'O' level or above
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service
  • Energetic, fast learner, good communicator and team player
  • PC literate in Microsoft Excel, Words
  • Able to commit at least 2 months and starts immediately
