Job Description

  • Constantly validates ,improves and develops our portfolio of menus, dishes and desserts etc maintaining a high standard and  consistency in taste quality and amount being served to clients.
  • Ensures the kitchen's production are done in an efficient manner while not compromising safety, cleanliness and sanitation throughout at all times.
  • Trains and educate fellow kitchen chef and cooks on best practice on work procedures and cooking skills.
  • Periodically reviews with maintenance team on repair, maintenance and enhancement of kitchen hardware and processes.

Job Requirements

  • culinary diploma or certificate
  • Min 5 years experience on any Asian cuisines
  • Meticulously abide by the use of formulated recipe in operation
  • 6 days work week
  • Possess good communication skill
