Job description

  1. Answer phone calls.
  2. Respond to customers enquiries through phone, email and / or fax.
  3. Attend to walk-in customers.
  4. Generate and check invoices.
  5. Check invoice with actual output to ensure accurate weight reflected.
  6. Stock take / stock check when receiving goods and before loading of goods.
  7. Check which customers order fresh items, and update customers before packing the relevant order accordingly.
  8. Input order into POS system and print out receipt (in order to collect cash for home delivery) and distribute to respective drivers before delivery.
  9. Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth delivery and get updated delivery details.
  10. Coordinate with home owners on delivery details.
  11. Assist sales person to prepare quotation, if needed.
  12. Daily administrative work including but not limited to data entry, filing, etc.
  13. Any other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements

  1. Able to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
  2. Customers oriented.
  3. Meticulous with an eye for detail.
  4. Proficient in MS office.
  5. Positive working attitude.
  6. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin speaking customers.
  7. Six (6) days work week.
  8. Working Location: 19 Fishery Port Road Singapore 619736.
