Job description

Job Summary 
To provide efficient, effective and accurate control of all administrative duties and to ensure co-ordination is successfully executed for all assigned tasks. 
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Sales team and to assist in taking room reservations from corporate accounts 
  • Ensure effective interaction and work in co-ordination with Sales & Marketing and all other departments within the Hotel for effective communication
  • Maintain an updated mailing list
  • To maintain a library of updated and relevant format letters and correspondences
  • Ensure the availability of up-to-date standard forms
  • Assist in the compilation in the month-end, half-year and year-end reports
  • To assist in conducting hotel inspection for potential clients whenever necessary
  • To Check availability and manage Delphi systems 
  • Preparation of banquet event orders for events and distribute to operations department

  • Able to maintain confidentiality
