Job description

Coordination work with Sales/Operations and Customers
​Provide prompt information / update of job status to customers
Coordinate job with Operations to ensure smooth execution
Invoicing to Clients
Liasing with Client on Payment of Invoices
Support Sales on liasing with client on DO and Certs
Managment of the emailing Clients DO and Certificates once job completed
To ensure that all the supporting documents are given - PO, Pricing or any relevant instruction for billing
Must have a can do attitude

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies or Mass Communication
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
Strong command of English
Good Interpersonal & communication skills
Independent, responsible and meticulous
Ability to start work on an immediate basis or on short notice will be a plus
