Job description


  • Process quotations, purchase orders and sales orders
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors and engineers on delivery lead time
  • Manage Customer Consignment Program
  • Work closely with customers, vendors and engineers to ensure timely deliveries to meet customers’ requirements
  • Manage, negotiate & monitor on-time deliveries to customers
  • Maintain stocks inventory and update price book
  • Maintain an effective filing system of documentations
  • Attending to enquiries from customers and business partners
  • Build and maintain a good customer relationship

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma
  • PC literate and with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Team Player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle or SAP system will be an added advantage
  • Conversant in Mandarin as there will be frequent liaising with customers from Taiwan and China
