Assist in Business Development Manager for effective membership acquisition program:
Monitoring work-plan and budget for member acquisition target
Executing acquisition strategies by effective personal engagement
Participate in devising and implementing program timeline.
Responsible for ensuring membership programs run smoothly and within the timeline required
Develop effective SEMI SEA members acquisition channel to meet memberships target
Plan and develop membership values
Attention to details
Team player and a vibrant personality
Good communication skills – written and oral (English)
Enjoy coordination work with people and roadshow events
Able to travel, domestic and international
Capable of setting priority when multiple demands are present
Experience in Microsoft tools is mandatory especially power-point and excel
1-2 years’ experience in managing conference or related experience will be added advantage
Conduct specific operational and administrative functions within the projects
Be able to travel for onsite membership activities where required by the outreach
Manage check-lists and procedures as part of a constant evolution towards excellence
