Position Summary

The Sales Coordinator performs a variety of clerical and administrative activities to support the Sales Manager/Director/Team. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information and follow up for existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Providing support to the Sales Manager in reviewing materials/tenders and putting together costings and quotations
  • Drafting proposals for clients
  • Manage Sales for Kaer Products and services from the start till end under the guidance from the Sales Manager
  • Responsible in entire sales process from quotation/proposal preparation, closing, delivery monitoring, payment collection.

Job Requirements


  • Diploma in Mechanical & Engineering / Quantity Surveyor or equivalent is preferred
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office,including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
  • Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable,efficient and detail oriented
