Job description

  • Dispatch service tasks to customer service engineers (CSEs) via Oracle/ITSS application
  • Liaise with CSEs/Kuala Lumpur (Main Call Centre) with regards to service tasks
  • Data Entry
  • Other Administrative Duties which includes answering emails and closing service task
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Other Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
  • Location is at Fuji Xerox Towers

Job Requirements

  • Min of Nitec in Business Services / Higher Nitec in Business Information Systems
  • Basic Knowledge of Oracle/ITSS Application
  • Able to Multi-task and work independently
  • Possess Great team spirit
  • On the job training will be provided
  • Responsible, Hardworking


  • 7 Days Annual Leave
