Build the strength of Mediacorp's brand through clearly defined strategy and campaigns
Shape Mediacorp's overall brand strategy.
Ensure the corporate character is foundational and guides all brand implementations across all constituencies.
Act as an integration mechanism for high-visibility opportunities ensuring alignment with current strategies and messaging.
Define, implement and manage the overall Mediacorp brand experience and scale existing experience competencies.
Translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.
Develop concepts and communicate ideas.
Contribute to project design and development, such as creating storyboards, initial graphic concepts, conceiving functional design solutions and creating demos.
Review and modify sketches and storyboards to ensure quality of all creative deliverables.
Present complex solutions and ideas towards the formulation of design concepts.
Build and maintain a rapport with sales, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Balance competing priorities and multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
Guide colleagues in the completion of assignment from conceptualisation to final execution within deadlines.
· At least Degree qualification preferably in Communications.
· Minimum 10 years of working experiences with 5 years of managerial or supervisory role.
· Excellent communication and writing skills.
