Job description

  • moderating, designing and analysing the qualitative findings
  • maintaining relationships with their identified clients, ensuring that their needs are being met and that they are receiving appropriate levels of service, in collaboration with the Associate Director on those accounts
  • management of revenue budgets and targets set for those clients
  • developing new business amongst existing clients and identification and development of new business opportunities outside the existing client base
  • involvement with projects for his/her clients, help AD with interpretation, development of recommendations and presentation of findings
  • management of staff in his/her team or office, including assistance with:
  • training and career development of staff
  • annual evaluations and monitoring of progress of staff under their management
  • acting as an advisor and source of technical advice to members of his/her team or office
  • ensure all procedures and policies are adhered to in his/her team or office
  • making a contribution to company development, such as new approaches, improvements to company efficiency


Job Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years experience in Client Service
  • Entrepreneurial and independent
  • Proven knowledge of market research (strong in qualitative and have a fair understanding of quantitative)
  • Developing skills in team management and leadership.
  • An understanding and experience in staff development
  • Background and experience in P&L management
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and develop business
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and verbal (to liaise with associates)
