Manage the operations of reservations, ticketing and operator services
Manage outsource contract and outsource seat requirement needs to be in line with the organization’s objectives
Plan and implement operating strategies to achieve service, operation and business excellence
Conduct training needs analysis; develop and conduct programs as to build capabilities and competencies
Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant fields
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a management role within the Telecommunications or Hospitality industry
Knowledge in one or more of the following systems will be an advantage: Property Management/ Ticketing/ Call Centre/ Table Management/ Point of Sales Systems
Knowledge in key managerial functions like budget planning, staff recruitment, training and performance appraisal
